CNC Fabrication

We own a CAMaster Stinger CNC router with a 1kW HSD spindle, laser engraver, and Storm Vacuum system. We can cut any type of plastic sheet including acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, Starboard, etc. We use Vectric VCarve Pro for our CAD/CAM design software.

We also have access to a large ShopBot PRSAlpha 5’x10′ CNC router for fabricating parts larger than 2’x4′.

These machines cut parts to extremely tight tolerances and leave smooth edges giving your dash overlay or switch panel a finished and professional look. We can add logos or just about any type of artwork, texture, or pattern to the parts we cut.

We can also fabricate reverse flush mounted dash panels with no visible fasteners for the “glass helm” look.

We will provide you with CAD renderings and even prototype parts to prevent mistakes and to make sure the final machined parts exactly meet your requirements.

The images below are a small sample of some CNC fabrication jobs we’ve completed.

CL Yachts 76 – Starlink Roam Antenna Install

Another Starlink antenna install on a beautiful Cheoy Lee 76′ Motor Yacht

Installed a new Starlink Roam unit on this very nice motor yacht.

Starlink Install – Hatteras 60 Motor Yacht

We removed the existing KVH HD7 24″ antenna and installed a new Starlink antenna inside the dome using a very nice SeaView adapter plate. We also installed the Starlink WiFi router and were pretty impressed with download speeds (~ 150Mbps)

We also removed the failing RF board from the Raymarine radar and sent it off for repair then re-installed it and tested when it was returned from Raymarine.

Yellowfin 21 Electronics Overhaul

We finished a complete electronics upgrade on this mint condition 2010 21′ Yellowfin bay boat which included removing the old Moritz digital switch processor and old membrane keypad and rewiring all the electronics.

Some of the new components we installed included:

  • Garmin 1243xsv MFD
  • Mercury Vessel View system
  • Custom laser etched and backlit switch panel with Bocatech pushbutton switches.
  • New underwater lights
  • RA70 Fusion stereo, JL amp, 4 MX770 speakers, and 10″ sub,
  • USB charger, Rule 2000 bilge pump, and Gemlux rod / cup holders.

Venture 34 Upgrades

We recently completed some electronics upgrades and fixed a number of issues on a very sweet 34 Venture. This included new ACRs, a Blue Sea Systems Battery monitoring system, 4 bank charger, a new radio box door, and a new Mercury power steering pump.

SeaCraft Electronics Upgrade and Rewire Job

This was a full electronics upgrade and rewire job on a 27 SeaCraft.  We installed a pair of Garmin 8612’s, a new Icom black box VHF, new Fusion stereo, and all new laser etched switches.
We also fabricated a new matte black acrylic dash overlay panel.
All wiring was replaced and the old  crusty breaker and switch panels were removed and replaced with a Blue Sea Systems CLB breaker box. New JL Audio speakers, courtesy lights, and Lumitec spreaders were installed. A new Airmar B175M Chirp transducer was installed in addition to new bilge pumps and electric reel plugs.

Furuno NavPilot-300 Install

We recently installed a new Furuno NavPilot-300 on this 28′ Whitewater.  Interfaced the processor and controller to a new PG700 heading sensor and TZTouch2 MFD.  A new 12v reversing Octopus 1L pump was also installed. All old hydraulic fluid was purged and the system was filled with new SeaStar fluid.

We also replaced the old K6 Hynautic steering cylinder and hoses with a new SeaStar cylinder and a new tiebar.

Andros Tarpon 26 Upper Station Install

This is a cool boat but adding the upper station really cranked up the fun factor when fishing or diving.

We modified an off-the-shelf fiberglass console along with some minor changes in the Andros’ hardtop. By using the existing support legs on the T-Top we did not need to add any new pipe work for the upper station rigging.

In addition to adding new electronic controls up top we added an ICON Pro gauge, a new Lowrance HDS 7 MFD networked to the lower station HDS 12, new Lenco trim tab controls, and a new UFlex helm pump. We also fabricated a custom Starboard console door for the upper station.

28 Whitewater Refresh

Spruced up this very nice 28′ Whitewater with a new CNC white carbon fiber look dash overlay along with a new 12″ TZTouch2 display and Sirius weather plus all new laser etched rocker switches.
